3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • All WCKD products are made in small batches. If an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

  • Customized designs may take additional processing time; timelines will be communicated at checkout.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept major payment methods, including UPI, credit cards, and debit cards.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Customized orders may take up to 10 business days depending on design complexity.

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Since WCKD items are made using unique techniques and often customized, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • For damaged or defective items, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
