7-Day Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange. No exceptions.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

Contact us at wckdbeing@outlook.com or WhatsApp us on 9800098336 to initiate the exchange process. The return address and necessary labels will be provided via email.

Important: Items sent without first requesting an exchange will be rejected.

Damages & Issues

Check your order the moment it arrives. If something’s off — defective, damaged, or the wrong item — contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
